Important Notice Regarding Trail Pass Fees!!
It has come to our attention that there are "some" users of our trail systems that are refusing to pay the required fee. These persons, also known as "offenders", should be aware that there is Legislation in place that requires you to pay the said fee, and that failure to do so will result in prosecution for that offense.
The Eagle Valley Snowmobile Club and Grooming Society are adamant in enforcing this Legislation, it is not your God given right to use these trails at the expense of everyone else. There is more to the fees than just grooming of the trails so don't feel that simply because the trail is "bumpy" or because you are a local resident that you don't have to pay the fee, it doesn't work that way!
Under section 22 of the Forest Recreation Regulation a trail fee for this system has be set at a maximum of $15.00 per person.
Under section 24(3) of the Forest Recreation Regulation a person who does not pay commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.00
